I'm a big fan of babie deer and japanese stuff. So your paper toys will fit perfectly. The gingerbread house is a favourite of me and my daughter. So it will get a special place with Christmas.
Keep up the cute work !

  40. Hello Tim,

I have been collecting retro Christmas items for many years.

I grew up in England and most of our tree ornaments were made of felt. We had many woodland creatures including gnomes, squirrels, and reindeer.

I have managed to find one little reindeer over the years and then last year snapped up some from Urbanoutfitters who were selling ceramic gnomes and deer which had a late 60s, early 70s look.

When I came across your sweet stuffies I was very excited and told my husband to open up his own Etsy account so that he could buy me Christmas presents!

I produce a lantern festival - www.lumiereottawa.com in Canada and you have captured the look we strive for - fairies and fantasy, pretty colours and sweetness.

    Thanks you

    Joanne

  43. Oh my goodness, what an adorable little reindeer. All of your items are just divine! I have a reindeer that looks a little like yours, I've had it for 40 years, and bring it out a Christmas every year. It was always under my folks' tree when I was little. She's green. Little trip down memory lane I guess!! (smiles) You are a fantastic artist! Well Done, Friend. Sharon

  49. I <3 it!
It reminds me of a reindeer I have from the 1950s that is red and white...yours is just a little shorter and most likely without vintage smells (drat those Michigan basements, they leave their mark).

Thanks for having freebies as well!
